#Meditation allows us to focus on the present. We allow ourselves to be present with the gift of the now. Thru meditation, you can gain a new perspective on #stressful situations in your life. Thru meditation, you can build and strengthen skills to manage the pressures of life. Meditation practice can be used to increase self-awareness.

I have found that through meditation, worrisome emotions can be raised and released from you. Much of my imagination and #creativity come from music-making. Creating #music is like a sonic voyage into new places and spaces. As you start your Meditation journey, I hope that your patience and tolerance for everyday stress are released and you experience how it feels to be.

Meditation is a practice in which an individual uses a technique, such as mindfulness, to train attention and awareness and achieve a mentally clear, emotionally calm, and stable state. Here are some steps you can follow to start your meditation journey.

  1. Find a quiet and comfortable place to sit or lie down.

  2. Close your eyes and take a few deep breaths to relax your body.

  3. Focus your attention on your breath, or on a mantra or an object. When your mind wanders, gently bring it back to your breath or the object of focus.

  4. Continue focusing on your breath or the object of focus for several minutes. You can set a timer if it helps you stay focused.

  5. When you're ready to finish your meditation, slowly open your eyes and take a few deep breaths.

You can also try guided meditations, led by a teacher or recorded voice, or different meditation techniques, like loving-kindness meditation or body scan meditation. Experiment with different approaches to see what works best for you.
